I had never used a boarding place before when all i had was cats but when i adopted my child (puppy) i had no choice when i went to so Carolina to see my son graduate from basic training i was referred to redwood animal clinic for boarding i returned on Saturday morning and had to leave right away for my hunting trip my wife was to pick Sammi up sat. evening well in the mountains when i received the call they had lost my pup they called at about 6 and Sammi had been missing since noon. we found her at the pound the next day and the clinic still charged me for the boarding so to say i was afraid of boarding her after that is an under statement but we found the titanic toy Hilton we told them our story and they were good enough to let us call them at any time to check up on sammi. i still hate leaving her behind but over the past 5 years i have left sammi with them a couple of dozen times and I know I don't have to worry about anything she will never go anywhere else and neither will I thanks Titanic your the best more

I have been getting my grooming here most of my life and I love it! Stormy and Gary take very good care of me. I can't wait to come in and cover Stormy with kisses. All of the other dogs tell me just how handsome I am as I walk around my neighborhood. Thanks, guys! more

Titanics gives the best pet service I have ever seen. They are organized and know pets and pet care. They have years of expereince with all pets and personally care for the pets themselves.\r They do a great job grooming. I frankly am shocked at how well they groom my dog since I can't seem to even brush her. They groom your dog just the way you ask.\r We have boarded our dog at Titaincs many times and have always felt at ease leaving and have never had any concerns at pickup. Stormy and Gary reallly care for pets, they can tell you what your pet did and how they acted. Titanics is very clean and it has never smelled of pets or urine. You can tell they have years of expereince with all pets. \r Most importantly, you will never meet a couple that loves pets or cares about pets more than Stormy and Gary. We have two dogs and a cat. The dogs have been going here for the last five years. We have tried other boarding kennels in the past but this one is definately the best. One of our dogs is normally very nervous but as soon as he sees the owner Gary he gets exicited and loves going to this kennel. Your animals are in the very best care here and will definately not be abused of mistreated. The owners love animals. more

The Best! My dogs have been going to Titanic thier whole lives and the generations before this group. There is no other place. We have boarded our turtles, hedgehog and hamster too. I never am worried that they're mistreated or in danger. They are happy to be there. Our hedgehog got sick from old age & Stormy made her warm rice bags to keep her comfy. She died and Stormy made her a little coffin with a blanket and ribbons and she gave my daughter a poem about Rainbow Bridge. When I pick up Stormy has a list about anything she had noticed wrong with them or she tells me cute little stories about each one. I trust her more than the Vet. I have been using Titanic's Toy Hilton for over 5 years and will not take my dogs anywhere else! My 2 Miniature Pinschers, Spike and Junior, need a lot of patience and attention - both of which they get plenty of at TTH. I don't even call it a ""kennel,"" to my dogs and me it's a ""Puppy Spa"" considering the love, service, and extras offered. They always get the full treatment - bathing, nail trimming, puppy perfume, and darling kerchiefs! They come home happy & healthy. The owners and staff are true animal lovers and it shows in their service.
