Top notch place!!! 3/2/2012

The Tire Network is a top notch place above all else in the Baltimore area!!! The owner Joe, is a super nice guy. Always helpful when I stopped by without an appointment and always helped no matter what he had going on. Not only does Joe own the Tire Network, he and his family are always there working hard and you get a great personal one on one experience. Family owned and ran and it really shows and makes a difference. This place has a fix and the knowledge for everything and anything your car needs. Always up front and honest, anytime I had a problem he showed me exactly what it was and why it was caused. AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME place!!! Make the TIRE NETWORK your first and last stop!!! more

Excellent Customer Service!! 2/12/2012

The Tire Network and Joe, for me, have gone out of their way for the past 3 years whenever i need service. I can get in easily, i can trust that they are doing the best for my car at the best price possible everytime. They go out of their way to make it a great experience for me, i would go nowhere else.The Tire Network is the best shop in Baltimore for any of your car needs. I have had oil changes, new tires, new battery, timing belt and water pump replaced, i've had it all, i trust their recommendation and i know they are never out to get me. What a blessing! 10/16/2011

I was in quite the financial bind when I first had to take my car to The Tire Network, but Joe was kind, honest, and thorough with his inspection of my car. He understood the stress that I was under and didn't try to pressure me into expensive repairs but took the time to explain the problems with my car and made recommendations for the best timeline for the repairs to be made in since he understood that I was tight on money. This family business was a pleasure to work with, exceptionally well-priced, fast, and the work itself was top-notch. It's really a blessing to have a mechanic I can trust. more

Excellent customer service 8/18/2011

They really went above and beyond, insuring that a problem was fixed that was probably the dealer's fault and dealing with the issue for free, rather than forcing me to go back and forth with the dealer. A real pleasure to deal with. Both friendly and conscientious! more

Unbelievably good customer service 8/18/2011

This is the ONLY auto mechanics that I have ever had a positive experience with customer service at. Both times I have gone to Tire Network, the owner himself has gone out of his way to help me purchase the best tires for my budget and fixed a glitch in my car's computer system. He even arranged a ride home for me so that I wouldn't have to wait while the car was fixed, when it was going to take longer than he thought. Excellent customer service and prices and a locally owned business! more

Best Auto Repair In Town 10/13/2009

Took my car because it wouldn't start. The AAA tow driver said it was my starter. The Tire Network crew made a simply shifter adjustment and fixed my problem. They didn't even charge me! I was sooo happy I bought 4 tires for my car from them. Grrreat place! Pros: Honest and affordable Cons: None: Nice people to deal with more

Good work Great Service 1/17/2008

Had Wheel Mounts put on my car and Found he did it 1/2 if not cheapier then the other mechanics priced it out. The work was done fast,well. and inexpensive. Good Mechanic hope he stays in business for a long time. I have used him for years and cannot find a thing to complain about. He lets you know what needs to be done what the price will be and does great work, very experienced mechanic. Not to mention that he is very friendly and likes the people he works with. His wife is just amazing working with customers. Hard to find family owned businesses that still care about quality and service... Pros: Fast Service Great Priceing more

BAD CHOICE 6/3/2006

Found that this company only fixes the symptoms and not the problem. Have had to take car into dealership to fix things that they supposedly fixed. Not only did the dealership fix problems, but was quicker and less expensive. Cons: NOT QUICK, DOESN'T FIX PROBLEMS, EXPENSIVE more
