First of all rent is 377 plus water and sewage. As far as management goes, how many park managers would stop and help look for another residents child? If she ran the park like a gestopo, there would be a lot less residents. The one's that have problems is the one's that don't like to follow the rules, they knew the rules when they moved in. As far as guns, I think that if the management had seen any guns she would be the first to call the police for that, after all she does have a family in here also. And as the 34 years that I have lived in this park, she is the second best manager that we have had. Margaret was first. I am a resident that does keep my yard up when the rest of you don't so clean up your act because your making me look bad. With all that being said, just remeber as the old saying goes, when we start pointing fingers, remember you have 3 more pointing back at you. more

I live in Timberlake and I do not agree with bob c. at all. I think I know who you are and why you are writing such a post. It's rare someone writes a review when they are HAPPY. I have to drive by your home all the time and it is a junk yard and so many rule violations its sad that it has taken management this long to even do anything about it if she is at all. I feel sorry for the people that live across the street from you to have to look at your mess daily.I love where I live. Clean up your mess. more

STOP, YOU DO NOT WANT TO LIVE HERE. MANAGMENT ACTS LIKE THE GESTOPO. MAKES HER OWN RULES TO SERVE HER OWN EGOTISTICAL NEED TO GIVE EVERYONE OF THE HOMEOWNERS AS MUCH GRIEF AS POSSIBLE. THE WATER SYSTEM IS SO OLD, THEY MUST TURN WATER OFF SOMETIMES WEEKLY TO REPAIR LEAKS. THE LOT RENT IS $375. PER MONTH. SO IN EFFECT, RESIDENTS PAY HIGH RENT TO BE BADGERED CONSTANTLY.BY MANAGMENT.BOOKEEPING IS A JOKE. PAY YOUR RENT ON TIME AND RECEIVE A NOTICE THAT YOU WILL BE THROWN OUT IN 5 DAYS. POLICE ARE DISPATCHED ALMOST DAILY TO THE PARK BUT THE PEOPLE CAUSING PROBLEMS ARE NOT BANNED FROM THE PARK.GUNS HAVE BEEN PULLED ON RESIDENTS BY OTHER RESIDENTS AND MANAGMENT LIED TO POLICE AND VOUCHED FOR THE GUILTY PARTY. I've lived in Timberlake Mobile Home Community for 19 years. Most of those years have been a great experience and would have reccommended for any retiree, RVer, or snow birder. I cannot do so today. Over the past few months many changes have taken place and we now have security and safety problems that the management should be taking care of. We have what is called a Compliance officer, but the only thing he does is ride around during the day rather than at night when he really should be in the park. We've always had managers who make sure the empty lots are cleaned, that all yard trash, and debris is removed from the streets on Fridays before the weekend, tnis isn't so now. I will probably die living in Timberlake, like many who live here, we do because the rent is reasonable and we do have good facilities for recreation, etc. Hopefully, things will change, and change for the better. more

The Owners keep raising the rent. The last two years they raised the rent $20 a mouth.This year $10 a mouth. People are lieving there mobile homes and moving out. People living on fix income can't aford to live here. I believe there will be alot more people moving out if they don't lower the rent more

Could be a nice park but just to much for lot rent you can go to silverlake and pay half the lot rent for the same lot.Timberlake is just to expensive. People are moving out including me just cant see paying 15-25 more a year iv been in timberlake 5 years every year they raise it i have to go i am on a fixed income they have over priced me out of my home thank u Timberlake owners injoy ur future empty mhp see how money you can make then.
