Don’t live here 1/24/2019

Lot rent continues going up and is now $495. Water gets cut off weekly or sometimes if lucky every two weeks. There’s no proper drainage for the rain as everything’s clogged up. I heard there’s a investigation is going on. It’s about time! more

Great Place To Live 9/21/2018

I have lived here for over 12 years and I have seen the good and the bad and I must say that things have improved incredibly under the management of Debbie Esponito (I may have got the last name wrong). She has been far more caring and has done incredible things to bring our community together. Just a couple weeks ago she set it up so that an ice cream truck would come over and give free ice cream to the children. She ensures the common areas stay looking good and she enforces code so that we all can respectfully take care of our areas as well. She is the best manager we have had since I have been here and I appreciate her greatly. Vincent Harigel Lot 415c more
