Tiki Island Restaurant

Tiki Island always gives you consistent good food but over the past two years you almost have to take out a second mortgage to pay for it. With the volume they have they should be able to have a "bargain" or two......three? more

On new years day I visited my moms house with my brother we ordered take out from here the food seemed alright till the following night all three of us started throwing up so bad and having bad stomach pains and diareah we were all very sick to the point where it was not tollerable! The next day we called the manager he was very disrespectful he didn't even know what he was talkin about and he told us he had to call us bak u think he did absolutely notttt !!!!! Terrible customer service not recommended thankyou advixe to tiki cook your food on time don't let it sit out all day then serve it I have a two year old son who almost ate the food till I decided it was too late your very lucky more

Great location in Medford. The food is ok. I find it a bit over rated. The prices are fair and the service is good. The drinks are made well. I would recommend more

I went to the Tiki Island Restaurant for a meal with my boyfriend. The service was poor and our waiter was unfriendly. The food lacked flavor. I ordered Egg Blossom Soup (which was awful, it only took one spoonful to realize that) and Beef with Broccoli (which I had a few bites of but it really lacked in flavor and the meat was low quality). My boyfriend had wonton soup (the only decent thing we ordered, but still below average quality) and shrimp fried rice (which was also flavorless and the shrimp were ridiculously tiny). We were so disappointed with our food that we barely ate any of it and told the manager. He didn't handle the situation very well, saying that other people like it so he didn't understand. He said we only had to pay for half of our meal, but to me that was a rip off. Pros: Interesting Decor Cons: Flavorless Food, Poor Service more

Tiki Island is an excellent chinese restaurant. Along with the typical chinese dishes are a coupl,e sprecialties that are definately special. The Imperial chicken wings and the honey spareribs(ask for them boneless and it's not so messy) are definately one of a kind delectable appetizers. It also has the best hot and sour soup I have found at a local restaurant. PROS: Try something different as well as your favorites CONS: Traffic out front can be heavy at afternoon rush more
