If you think crepes can't fill you up you've never eaten here! The crepes are a meal in themselves. Add a small salad appetizer and an ice cream dessert and you'll need a wheelb...

One of Bay Area's Best 11/8/2002

Not only is this the best place to eat crepes, but after eating at Ti Couz it is the only place I will eat crepes. The food is incredible and the ambiance is great as well. No matter what time of the day I have been to this restaurant, there has been a wait. The good news is you can go across the street to one of the bars and they will send someone over to fetch you when a table is ready. Pros: Great atmosphere, excellent food, Best crepes Cons: Always has a wait, Not kid friendly more

SO bad! 9/26/2002

The service was great. The food was not. Dessert was good and the salads were fine, but the ""savory"" crepes were TERRIBLE...I mean, REALLY horrible! We had 4 people in our party. We ordered 4 different entrees and sampled each one. All 4 plates were practically inedible! Truly, this place is bad. Don't waste a night here. The sweet crepes were pretty good, but not worth a trip to the Mission. more

The Place for Crepes! 9/13/2002

The best crepes in the city by far - with a warm, friendly, wonderful atmosphere and the sweetest waitstaff. YOU MUST TRY! Pros: Atmosphere, Friendly Service, Great Crepes more

Amazing Crepe! 9/11/2002

The best crepes I have ever tasted. Wide variety of both vegetable and fruits. The Hostess however was very rude. She appeared to care very little about her job. Be prepared to wait and there is no waiting area except around the patrons which can be a little annoying and if you stand in the wrong place the hostess will acost you. Pros: Inexpensive, Good Service, Great Food Cons: No Parking, Crowded, Noisy more

straight from bretagne 9/9/2002

the crepes are great, as are the soups (with a little extra salt). The seafood salad is my favorite. Get the lemonade presse with your meal and a coffee with dessert. and make sure your dessert crepe has icecream! more

Okay crepes, better charcuterie 8/28/2002

The first time we I attempted to eat here, their ""host"" was so rude to my husband that we left rather than give them our business. The second time we actually sat down and ate. The crepes are okay to good, nothing special. We were, however, more than a little impressed with their charcuterie plate. The service was fine, perhaps because we opted to sit at the bar rather than at a regular table!! more

bon apetite 8/28/2002

Dining at Ti Couz is like stepping into france for an hour or 2. The crepes are fantastic especially creating your own. more

The best crepe 8/12/2002

I think people have gone insane thinking so many crepe places around the city serve actual crepes. This is the one true crepe place that puts the rest to shame. In fact the others should just shut down immediately and admit utter failure in comparison. Pros: French, Great Environment, Amazing food Cons: A little expensive, Not enough seating, Sometimes too yuppy more

Yumm 8/7/2002

The service was ok - not great but not the worst service either. Food was very good. Especially the sweet crepes! My favorite!! more

Service is HORRIBLE 7/29/2002

The food is soooooo good! 7/13/2002

I love the food here, but the service sucks. The wait is always long for a table, but I understand that they are always busy, and the food is worth it. The service realy does suck, very unfriendly. Oh, but the seafood sauce... I keep coming back. And the French onion soup is to die for. I'll always come back! Pros: seafood sauce, onion soup Cons: parking sucks!, long wait, crowded more

Fire your waitstaff 6/18/2002

What is most French about this restaurant is its service! It's like being an American in Paris---rude treatment, host threw menus at us, etc. The crepes were ho-hum but drinks were very good. Overall, if you're looking for a good crepe place, keep walking. Cons: Service, Food more

France-tastic 5/18/2002

I love this restaurant! I've never been hot for sweet or creamy menu items, but Ti Couz always seduces me into trying something adventurous. Nothing can beat a savory crepe with a glass of wine followed by thin layers of pastry stuffed chockful of chocolate and strawberries. A real treat! more
