The repairs were completed successfully and the technician was professional. I was presented with the likely charges on site prior to the repairs occuring...it was very expensive...

Glenn was very thorough and was not a hard sell on recommendations made for our system. He was able to replace what was needed, cleaned up after he was done and was very efficient. I would recommend Thorntaon & Grooms for all your Heating and Cooling needs. more

furnace services 10/13/2011

We were very pleased with the service. Our furnace had stopped working and our home had become quite uncomfortable. The serviceman came out on a busy Saturday and quickly took care of the problem. He was friendly and efficient. I signed up for a maintenance contract with Thornton & Grooms that day. more

Preventive Maintenance on Furnance 10/11/2011

I would recommend Thornton & Grooms to anyone. The work on my furnance was outstanding. The Technician thoroughly explain what was being done and provided recommendation for some other preventive work that will need to be done in the future. Also, they arrive on time. Great company. more

Great Service-as always! 10/10/2011

Great Service from Thornton & Grooms, have used for years and yet to be disappointed. Mark cleaned and started furnace-found that condensation trap had not been previously cleaned by past tech :( Took care of and posted note to make sure its not overlooked in future. Thanks Mark! more

Steam Boiler 9/21/2011

Scott came out today because I had concerns about the boiler not working properly. Scott did an inspection, explained how the boiler operates and left detailed quotes for repairs. He was professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely ask for him again! more
