Therapy Systems Retail Store

I bought a special for this store as I had not been in a while. LOVED IT. I got a facial/brow wax from a wonderful sales person, Joule (not sure of spelling). The sales people were attentive, smart, knew the product and very easy to talk to. I'm sending my daughter this week! more

I absolutely adore this treasure at the Green Hills Mall. The ladies are knowledgeable and will help you pick out the perfect skincare line for any skin type. The products speak for themselves! I adore the Cellular Repair, Coffee Bean Antioxidant Serum, and I can't live without my monthly facials at the store. They also carry this great haircare line called Back Bar, which is great for my hair. It is a must see every time you are in the mall!!! -- Therapy Systems user for life. more

Do not purchase products from Therapy Systems at the Mall of GreenHills! The saleslady was wrapped too much into our conversation when she gave me the wrong color foundation. When I tried to return it WITH my receipt, the manager would not exchange the colors because I had opened the foundation. Now I am stuck with a dark orange foundation that I can never wear because the salesclerk did not pay attention to what she was doing. I feel this policy is absolutely ridiculous. I did not get what I paid for. I paid for ""medium"" and was given ""medium dark."" I have tried to contact higher authorities (corporate, the owner). I am stuck with dark makeup and it is not my fault. I encourage everyone to boycott this store. They will not remediate the problem. I have also reported to the Nashville bureau for business. It seems they could simply exchange the colors to remediate the mistake they made. I do not appreciate this business. Pros: nice atmosphere Cons: would not remediate problems more

I don't think their products are overpriced at all. They all have great ingredients in their serums and Retinol Treatments. It has made a huge difference in my skin, my mother's, my aunt's, and my sister's. Needless to say I got them all hooked! The size of the boutique is intimate and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I always feel really confident in my decision with their expertise. I also got their Year Of Beauty membership that gets me 3 services a month for only $10 a month! They also have a reward card that gives you free products, just like my coffee card :) Seriously, they are really generous with their payback for loyalty. They have a great personal touch and I always feel welcomed. Although, I was informed that they no longer do complimentary facials when you spend $50, they just do the Beauty membership. Pros: Location, friendly, intelligent staff, express spa services, generous promos. Cons: Not super relaxing due to sounds of store as background. more

The Cosmetic Market is an experience - not just a shopping trip. And, for those who feel it's overpriced, let's just say you should be shopping at Walgreens then. If you go to a store with higher quality product, you're going to pay more -- that's applies to anything. Mercedes or Hyundai? Nordstrom or KMart? Anyhow, the staff was very helpful without being overly attentive - if you know what I mean. They were able to answer very specific questions about my particular skin type (aging!). If I would make any sort of suggestion, I'd love to see them offer samples of product as Sephora does. All said, I highly recommend Cosmetic Market. Pros: A wide variety of quality product. I recieved great service from the staff here. They picked out specific products for my skin. I have been using them and really like the way they work so far. This skincare line is way over priced, the cleansers are good but that is about it. I would rather go to Sephora were I have plenty of variety, and better priced products. I f you read some of the ingredients it is filled with preservatives and seems watered down. I would recommend the glycolic cleanser, although it's not the best I've tried .
