Do not purchase products from Therapy Systems at the Mall of GreenHills! The saleslady was wrapped too much into our conversation when she gave me the wrong color foundation. When I tried to return it WITH my receipt, the manager would not exchange the colors because I had opened the foundation. Now I am stuck with a dark orange foundation that I can never wear because the salesclerk did not pay attention to what she was doing. I feel this policy is absolutely ridiculous. I did not get what I paid for. I paid for ""medium"" and was given ""medium dark."" I have tried to contact higher authorities (corporate, the owner). I am stuck with dark makeup and it is not my fault. I encourage everyone to boycott this store. They will not remediate the problem. I have also reported to the Nashville bureau for business. It seems they could simply exchange the colors to remediate the mistake they made. I do not appreciate this business. Pros: nice atmosphere Cons: would not remediate problems
