Lazy bastards! I brought in a ~$350 sterling silver cuff watch for servicing the day the head unit got wet after cleaning it. I asked if I could pay extra for them to address it sooner and they told me it would have to wait in line - come back in two days. I came back two days later (no call) and they said that it was a loss and not worth fixing. I asked if they had opened it up and looked at it and they said, ""No. The crown won't turn. You have to bring these in as soon as they get wet."" I asked if they could make the head unit water-resistant the owner flat out refused to do it. I asked if they had another head unit they could mount onto the cuff and they said, maybe something in the $200-$400 range, so I asked them to look for one. They said, ""We’ll call you."" I wait two weeks - no call. I came back two weeks later with $500 cash. They had nothing for me. I said, ""I will wait until the end of the week and if you haven't found anything, I will assume you don't want my business."" No phone call. They won't help you and they have a miserably small selection of over-priced watches. They had almost a month and $500 to help me and I got absolutely nothing but lip service and five wasted trips to this hole in the wall.
