Before heading down to the hotel, I called that morning to check to see if we can have an early check in. After speaking with the Front desk, they didn't have me on the system. I gave my confirmation # and still nothing showed up. I was then transferred to reservations. It turns out that my call to change our reservations was NOT recorded. The computer still had us for the original dates. Therefore, we were recorded as ""no-shows"". They were willing to give us a new reservation starting that Saturday. I asked if they can give us an upgrade. They agreed.\r

My wife called and she spoke to one of the reservation representative and told them of what happened. She asked for the manager, but the representative didn?t forward her. He actually scolded her saying that they gave us an upgrade even though they didn?t have to. Maybe, but they after all messed up our reservation. \r

The room we got was not as big as it looked online.The top cover of the bed had a ripped section and we requested for the hotel to change it. There was a red stain on the carpet next to the bed. The room didn?t have a tub, but a shower. There was no light in the shower and when you close the curtain, it was really dark inside. They didn't have a small ledge or shower caddy for the soap and shampoo. I had to place them on the floor. The drain backed up and drained slowly. So by the end of the shower, you were standing in about 1 inch of bath water. \r

The closet door was in an awkward position. The folding doors of the closet only left a 1 ? of clearance to enter. Lastly, the bed was not comfortable at all, but hard. The pillows were lumpy and hard as well. I woke up with a sore back.\r

My wife and I will not be coming back to this motel.\r
