GREAT service and people! I LOVE this salon!!! This is the only place I go for all my salon needs. Ive seen several stylists and have been happy w/ the results everytime. Not to mention, they have the best pedicures in TOWN! I wouldnt dream of going anywhere else! Yall rock! Pros: everyone that works there! Cons: none whatsoever! more

Serena is a miracle worker!! 11/16/2009

I came is after having a service done at another salon and my hair was fried!!!!! I mean so fried that when I washed it my hair would clump together because of the damage on top. I came to see Serena Lowry because I found her on here and the reviews were correct. She was very knowledgable and knew exactly what to do to my hair to save it from falling out...Thank You soo much Serena!! I will never go anywhere else. Pros: Great staff...all are super friendley and helpful! more

I went there to have my nails done and it was the most wonderful experience of my life! The staff was very friendly and made you feel very comfortable. The place is also very clean and organized which was a big plus! If your looking for a place to go this is a MUST TRY!!!!! Pros: The wonderful Customer Service and Great Service! Cons: NONE!!!!! more

I recently moved from austin and have not been satisfied with the salons here but a friend of mine recommended me to The upper-hand, It was by far the best place I have gone yet!! my friend recommended me to get an appointment with Sherry. She's great and very sweet !! She has patience and does exactly what you ask for. I Would recommend Upperhand and Sherry to anyone!! Two- thumbs up Pros: nice enviroment and great staff!! more
