I recently purchased a new mattress set at the Hudson Store. The staff was very nice and showed me many different mattresses. I finally did decide on a mattress that was a little firmer than the one I have at home, but was still considered plush firm. more

My husband and I stayed at a Marriot hotel in Florida a week ago and we fell in love with the mattress. We peeked under the sheets to see what brand it was. It was a Jamison Mattress. We had never heard of Jamison Bedding, so when we came home from our vacation, I was excited to find out that a local mattress store carried it. My husband and I went there, and we learned so much about mattresses from the people who work at the Sleep Shop. They were so friendly and helpful. Jamison Bedding isn?t sold everywhere, but I called around, even to stores in TN, before we finally bought, and The Sleep Shop?s prices were very good, at least $200 less than anywhere else that I called. On the day we finally bought our mattress set, they delivered and set up our mattress the same day. Their delivery guys were also very friendly. I highly recommend this store to anyone! more

We have shopped at the shop on Norwood Street and it is excellent; friendly and helpful staff, good service. The shop on 321 in Hudson, however, is an entirely different story. The sales staff, especially the blonde mid-30's one, is insulting, rude, condescending, overbearing and totally unhelpful. The prices of their merchandise is somewhat higher than their competitors further down 321 south. When asked the carrier that they would use for out of state deliveries, the blonde replied, "WE select our carriers; that's not your problem." When asked about warranties, she replied "If it didn't have a good warranty we wouldn't sell it." No further warranty information was forthcoming. We had to go online to find it on the manufacturer's website. Needless to say, we did NOT buy from her but went to Broyhill Factory Outlet and bought the exact same mattress for $135.00 less. more

This is a good place to shop for a new bed. The staff is fantastic. The take care of their customers and really want your business. The prices are comparable to others. more

The staff there are knowledgeable and extremely helpful in choosing what type of bed is best for you. I've need a few things over the past couple years and they always know exactly how to help. more
