Job 12/12/18 Preston Stover & Helper 12/12/2018

We needed a new sewer line from the house to the septic tank and the Pink Plumber folks saved the day. We had a different plumber a few months earlier and they missed the problem and caused more problems. We recommend Preston and his helper highly. more

Leak diagnosis and faucet repairs 12/10/2018

Jason was personable and thorough. He showed me broken parts and made sure I understood procedures and pricing. 2 hose faucets outside, a kitchen faucet and a master turn off handle were replaced in an afternoon. more

Pink Plumber- Great Service 12/8/2018

Just had a pipe burst in our house today while my son and I were out. Water was up to my ankle. We called another company that did work for us before and trusted but they could not come to us today so we called Pink Plumber and they sent a repair person named David F who fixed our leak very quickly. I highly recommend Pink Plumber and ask for David F if in Marietta ga. Thank you David and Pink Plumber for helping us in our time of crisis, my family and I appreciate you. more

Jim did first rate work. Needed two running toilets fixed and he took care of it. One of the toilets also had an obstruction and he fixed it. Good work by Jim. more

Michelle K is a great plumber! 11/5/2018

Wanted to share what a great experience we had with Michelle. She actually found a leak in the hose at our hot water heater which we were unaware of. We hired Pink Plumber to re-plumb our upstairs bathroom shower and when she went downstairs to turn off the water she found the leak. It took a bit to find it because it was a small leak in the hose, but she took the time to find it even though that is not what we hired her for. She also took the time to explain what we need to do when installing our new bathtub and shower and told us if we had any problems doing it ourselves, to call her and she'd come back out. She is truly top notch! Would definitely use them again. Plus she loved our dog! Win, win! more

Our drain line to the basement bathrooms had a blockage and despite all the obstacles, Jack R. kept trying until he managed to clear the line. Jack could have easily quit after several attempts failed but he was persistent and I am so very grateful! Thanks Jack for your hard work today! more

Friendly, professional, overbooked 10/24/2018

Service was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Service call was late though, nearly an hour past the time frame estimate. Upon calling for an ETA, the lady answering my call seemed a bit annoyed I was calling again, even though it was at that time :45 late. Work seems well done; time will tell. more

Pressure Valve Repair 10/17/2018

New to GA and I had a NOISY issue that needed attention. A co-worker referred me to The Pink Plumber. I set up service call & they sent their tech David F. to do the job. David listened to my concerns & questions and then did his inspection. He then answered all of my questions & quoted the repair. After he completed the repair he wanted to be sure I was satisfied with the job & ensure I did not have more questions. He was thorough with his work and clean-up. You can tell that David takes pride in his work, which is refreshing. David is a true asset to this company. I will use The Pink Plumber in the future and I'm requesting David F, to be the person they send. more

Professional, polite and honest! 10/16/2018

Preston and his colleague were on time, professional, polite and honest. I would highly recommend the Pink Plumber and these guys especially! Myself, not knowing anything about septic tanks or septic tank pumping/maintenance, I was very appreciative of the honesty given to me by Preston.Preston kept me informed of the entire process and was very honest and upfront with me on everything and did not try to push me either way with decisions about work they recommended - that is something that I highly respect. This is my first experience with Pink Plumber and thanks to Preston and his colleague, I will absolutely be using them again in the future for plumbing needs. Highly recommend!
