Preston and his colleague were on time, professional, polite and honest. I would highly recommend the Pink Plumber and these guys especially! Myself, not knowing anything about septic tanks or septic tank pumping/maintenance, I was very appreciative of the honesty given to me by Preston.Preston kept me informed of the entire process and was very honest and upfront with me on everything and did not try to push me either way with decisions about work they recommended - that is something that I highly respect. This is my first experience with Pink Plumber and thanks to Preston and his colleague, I will absolutely be using them again in the future for plumbing needs. Highly recommend! Outstanding service and professionalism!
