Service was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Service call was late though, nearly an hour past the time frame estimate. Upon calling for an ETA, the lady answering my call seemed a bit annoyed I was calling again, even though it was at that time :45 late.
Work seems well done; time will tell.
