really bad place to live 4/7/2014

This apt complex is way overpriced, the management team is laughable with cheap suits and fake smiles. please remember that they will find any way to charge you for anything , it's basically an apt complex where crime is high and cops are always here . The apt complex is full of. people who get rental assistance , so beware please never rent here more

Expect to get shaken down by this management team. They will try to rip you off. In addition the place is loud, badly maintained and crime ridden They make it sound like a good deal . . . it isn't. more

Keep Looking 10/16/2010

Do not move into the Pearl! Dogs bark at all hours of the night, there is dog crap everywhere, the dishwashers take up what little space there is in the kitchen & don't work-throwing backed-up sewage on to them. The management is unprofessional, unpleasant and is conniving in finding ways to charge hidden fees to take as much money from you. This is one of the worst places I have ever resided at. I had to at least rate it 1 star but I rate it -10. more

This apartment complex is fairly close to the Kirtland Air Force Base, hospitals, restaurants, schools/universities and shopping. The management here is okay. They tend to promise more than they actually follow through with. I have been a resident here for a combined total of 6-7 years. The playground needs desperate remodeling. The maintenance team seems to be stretched thin. I had a mice problem that took about 2 weeks to be handled. The best thing going for this complex besides its location is the amount of square footage you get for the price compared to other complexes in the city. more
