This apartment complex is fairly close to the Kirtland Air Force Base, hospitals, restaurants, schools/universities and shopping. The management here is okay. They tend to promise more than they actually follow through with. I have been a resident here for a combined total of 6-7 years. The playground needs desperate remodeling. The maintenance team seems to be stretched thin. I had a mice problem that took about 2 weeks to be handled. The best thing going for this complex besides its location is the amount of square footage you get for the price compared to other complexes in the city.
