I have gone to The Old Spaghetti Factory for many years. The food is always fantastic. The service is superb. This truely is one of my favorite places to go. The atmosphere is whimsical and fun. The prices are so reasonable & the portions are very big. I highly recommend going to eat here. You won't be disappointed!! more

My family has gone a couple times a months for dinner for many years. We love it! We have always had great service. You get a lot of food for your money. The food is wonderful!! It is so reasonable. If I could give this no stars i would! The service was terrible! Me and my fiancé went there today and just left cause it was so bad. Maybe it was all my tattoos and her piercings but that's no reason to treat us so terribly and put us at a small table and look at us like we were hoodlums! They have good spaghetti at affordable pricing. I love coming to the Spaghetti factory the meals always come with a free ice cream at the end of the meal and always come with there awsome bread. Last year i went here and they had a plate of spaghetti for like $4 That was just a special that they did for like one month i think though. If you ever go out of town and don't know where to eat you can never go wrong with spaghetti factory I have been to alot of there other locations in like three other states and it always tasts exactly the same it is always good. Excellent atomosphere....very family and child friendly service. My kids love going to the spaghetti factory. They think sitting in the trolley is so fun. They have delicious food and resonably priced- bread, salad, entre and dessert...you get so much great food for your money there!! The spaghetti factory is always my family's number one choice. My husband and I decided to book our daughter's wedding dinner at the Taylorsville location and couldn't have been happier with the outcome. The service was great, the food was delicious, and the price simply couldn't be beat, (I shopped around quite a bit before making my final decision). I would recommend this place to anyone. My wife and I have been going to The Old Spaghetti Factory for years and never really had too many problems but we were also unfortunate enough to venture in on Mother's Day this year. We had a party of 8 and the staff put together 2 square tables with a round one in the middle of them to accommodate us. It was more like a sorry picnic attempt...like sitting at Bronco Bobs in the middle of the fairway. Might as well have put us next to the restroom. Our waiter was ok but seemed a little too busy even though it wasn't too crowded. The kitchen staff however must have just had their orientation. The food took forever. i had never tried the Lasagna because I always get the clam sauce but I tried the lasagna with my son. It tasted like it had been sitting in a walk-in fridge for weeks. The meat tasted so bad that even I couldn't eat it. Now I am in the Army and can eat most things but it was nasty. Apparently, the manager was too busy attending to other complainers because they never made it over to my table. Later that night my wife got so sick that she couldn't get out of bed the next day except to evacuate the contents of her stomach orally or sit on the throne w/ major bowel discomfort (if you know what I mean). This continued for 4 days! I have my major suspicions. The welcoming staff is a bunch of teeny-bopping immature Bozos that bumble and play around...very unprofessional. The bartender was professional but he is not enough to ever get me back in that place again. This place has gone downhill on a flaming skateboard...do not waste your time or your bowels there. Bottle of store bought spaghetti sauce at home will suffice...that is what their sauce tastes like anyway. Pros: Decent parking Cons: Unprofessional high-school staff more

I am manager at a local restuarant and this was by far the worst service I have ever had! I have worked in the resturaunt industry for 8 years now and I thought I had seen the good the bad and the ugly... Now I have! My family and I went to eat at the Old Spaghetti Factory in Taylorsville on Mother's day and it was a miracle we got any of our food at all! We never got any refills on our soda or water, and the server was a total ""shit-show"". Her entire section was complaining. And to make matters worse, the management is just as bad. When I asked to speak to a manager she treated me like I was a free-loadng, discount seeking kid. Her exact words : ""What do you want me to do about it?"" Well, for starters hire people who can do their jobs. A monkey could have given me better service. Pros: Good food at a good value. The parking lot was nice compared to the sevice Cons: You are lucky if you actually get your food. more

This restraunt has serious issues. The food is good and the building is nice and clean. But the employees about every time I go there they sit my family next to the bathrooms or the kitchen and I wonder if its because my family is of the beautiful African American race. Coinsedeance? I think not. And I will never eat there again unless I turn white. So if your white then go ahead and eat there because you will get seated quick and your food will come fast. If of another race try the subway down the street. more

OSF is always a fun place to go with small groups, and the food is always delicious (get mizithra cheese if you haven't tried it!!). Not a romantic place at all, and the wait is generally at least 20-30 minutes at minimun on weekends, but I've never had poor service & always get great food! Plus the free spumoni (spelling?) ice cream at the end, is so good. Love this place! Pros: Food, atmosphere, ice cream Cons: Long wait more
