Review content:
I am manager at a local restuarant and this was by far the worst service I have ever had! I have worked in the resturaunt industry for 8 years now and I thought I had seen the good the bad and the ugly... Now I have! My family and I went to eat at the Old Spaghetti Factory in Taylorsville on Mother's day and it was a miracle we got any of our food at all! We never got any refills on our soda or water, and the server was a total ""shit-show"". Her entire section was complaining. And to make matters worse, the management is just as bad. When I asked to speak to a manager she treated me like I was a free-loadng, discount seeking kid. Her exact words : ""What do you want me to do about it?"" Well, for starters hire people who can do their jobs. A monkey could have given me better service.
Pros: Good food at a good value. The parking lot was nice compared to the sevice
Cons: You are lucky if you actually get your food.
