Good service 10/13/2014

They do it right, I have been using there service for my F-250 for 7 years, I never go to other auto shop for oil change or check up. Because they know the Ford better than outside auto shop. Almost the same price but u have better service and not using after market part, I plan to buy another F-250 and will keep using there service. For sure !! more

Poor service 10/8/2014

I brought my C-Max in for a service issue and to have several recall issues fixed. After three days I called to see if the car was ready, but found out that nothing had been done that day because the service person I was working with was off.My car was there for five days and still didn't have all of the issues fixed. I ended up picking it up and not getting a hatch lock problem fixed because of a part that they still didn't have. I felt that because I had a warranty issue and recalls, I was moved to the back of the line. Five days is way too long to take and still not have completed the work. This has really soured me on San Leandro Ford. more
