I brought my C-Max in for a service issue and to have several recall issues fixed. After three days I called to see if the car was ready, but found out that nothing had been done that day because the service person I was working with was off.My car was there for five days and still didn't have all of the issues fixed. I ended up picking it up and not getting a hatch lock problem fixed because of a part that they still didn't have. I felt that because I had a warranty issue and recalls, I was moved to the back of the line. Five days is way too long to take and still not have completed the work. This has really soured me on San Leandro Ford. more
