Very good massage, they go a long way to make sure they are focusing on the right parts of your body that need work. My therapist even had aromatherapy on hand with a variety of relaxing fragrances. Robes are great, too. I know it's something simple, but an extremely comfortable robe goes a long way in my book at any spa. However the "Whisper Room" where spa-goers wait beforehand was not quite what I was expecting. Rather than sitting quietly and relaxed, robed spa guests seemed more like zoo-animals. There was only a thin, sheer gauze separating them from the hotel guests, room service, and random hotel workers arriving to the floor via elevator. The first time a guest walked out onto the floor we were equally surprised, but after a while I lost interest in who/what came out of the elevator. All the meanwhile, they were intrigued with the figures beyond the separator. Luckily, you aren't there very long, and the tea and perfectly-chilled water are perfect pre-massage (or wrap, facial, etc.).
