When I was there last yr. I had an awesome experiece which is partly why I booked again reagardless of pricing plus I wanted to experince the massages & the spa. Re: my massage. since it was only 30 mins I asked to focus on my neck & low back. Athough the pressue was great my request was not addressed. He seemed more concerned giving me this hand scrub then the massage. then when I was checking out it was all about selling the scrub. A total turn off. Then because of computer issues I didn't get my pedi almost 2hrs. later. Although Hollie your manager was trying to smooth things over when the nail tech arrived she seemed more concerened about who I was & why I wasn't "Cathy Bell". She also seemed rushed bored & burnt out like just going through the motions. The massage part of the pedi was not good. Then when I was getting ready 4 the evening it was so hot in the locker-room apperently due to the air not working. It was aweful. I was sweating so bad I had to keep running to the recept area to get by fans. Although everyone was real nice I felt because of everything I went though especially the waiting & no air @ a spa 7 those prices I should of been compentsated somehow.
