Hired them to renovate my bathroom in May 2012. The job is still not done today is the fifth time I am sitting at home waiting for Chris to come and finish the job. When the job was completed in May 2012. There were 16 problems. Some minor but some were major. Like not being able to shut off my cold water valve because they put it to close to the drain, they forget to put on the handle to the toilet valve, the water in the shower would not get hot, gave us the wrong radiator and it did not work, water leaked out from the framed doors. And some other problems like everything was crooked... the light switches and the sink. Also lots or grout problems.. cracks everywhere and missing in some areas. All in all even with them fixing the grout and the sink. It is not a good job. They used white caulk on beige tiles. Also used clear sealent over cracked grout. So, you can see all the cracks through it. Oh and the walls are crooked. If you stand by the toliet you can tell it is not even and also in the shower area. And some tiles stick out far from the wall. Paid over $10k for this. Not worth it at all.
