Love this store!!! 3/13/2010

The ladies in here were super helpful, very patient and even gave me a discount because I have 7 bridesmaid's. I saw the same bridal gown I purchased at serendipity for 500 dollars less here, just wish I had found them first! I would highly reccomend them! more

Get What U Pay For 5/21/2009

I was really skeptical about shopping at this store after reading the reviews however I must say the the staff was always polite and helpful in person and over the phone. If you ever been to David's Bridal or Alfred A you know that it's like a car lot so many people to help their like voltures. However this store was cute and quaint and the prices and selection can't be beat! So know this before you go: small store, low staff, even low prices so have patience. more

Horrible service and professionalism 3/12/2009

This store is the epitome of all things awful. We ordered our dresses 4 MONTHS ago and we still have not received all of the bridesmaid dresses in yet. The wedding is in 2 days! The bride, maid of honor, and I have called numerous times and they ignore our calls, don't return calls, pretend that they don't have access to information, say they will call back and don't, and are just plain flat out rude! As an owner of retail stores, I would never let anything like this happen at any of my stores. There is so much detail and stress that goes into planning a wedding and the incompetence of a store should not be one of them. Please spread the word and get this place shut down! more

Unprofessional and Unreliable 11/12/2008

I had an unfortunate (i.e. HORRENDOUS!) experience that mimics the theme of rudeness and unreliability that runs rampant in the online reviews. I called and confirmed with the owner, Amanda that the store could order the dresses I wanted, in the time frame I needed, and in the fabric I desired. I visited the store 2 days later (approx 12 wks before my wedding) and placed the order. My credit card was charged at that time. I received a call 6 days later stating they wouldn’t place the order unless I agreed t more

Always a bridesmaid… 11/17/2005

This store has one of the best selections of dresses I have ever seen under one roof. I have been in two out of town weddings and was able to order my dresses locally from this store and pay less. The staff could use a brushing up on customer service skills; they always seem preoccupied even when the store is completely empty. But if you know exactly what you want this place is for you. more
