Good: I liked that the owner Joe Bruno came to my house on my time and reviewed the entire project with me and my family. He came back a few days later with a few different design proposals and we went to work on our budget. We were amazed at how the dedicated home theater and the multiroom audio system that they desigend came well below our budget estimate. we were able to make upgrades as we pleased. They come in completed the project and we are extremely happy. We got exactly what we wanted.. Bad: There was nothing that we did not like.... Improvements: I dont think that they can improve on perfection. Other: Other AV companies came in and made it seem like thatall they were here for was for themselves. Sort of get the money and run. Not Joey and his staff, They made us feel like we were in charge. Everything that they did was perfect. Right down to the popcorn machine ,all of our expectations were met.They even gave us a free Touchscreen remote control that we were not expecting. I would recomend The Automated Home to everybody I know. . Joey is already working on the budget for our backyard systems.
