Highly recommended! 5/11/2010

We brought in our cat in the middle of the night after he severed his tail trying to run out the door into the hallway. The people at AMC were fantastic. We were seen immediately, and they performed the procedure to stitch him up that night. The doctor and assistants were forthcoming about the procedure, the costs and the post-procedure instructions. Yes, AMC is expensive, but when you have an emergency in the middle of the night, this place is the right place to go. Highly recommended. more

Very professional, the waiting area clean, the staff very courteous and helpful. The waiting time was better than going to the ER for us humans. I think my waiting time was 15 or 20 minutes only. The doctor listened to our concerns. Thank you for your services. more

Wonderful Treatment 2/17/2010

I've taken my cat Nellie White to AMC 3 times. Dr. White is ger reg Dr and has been great! Particularly though, I have to discuss Dr. Corbin who saw Nellie both on her first visit and her subsequent visit to the ER. When I took Nellie to the ER, I never expected the excellent and caring treatment that Dr Corbin gave to Nellie - she actually remembered Nellie, keep me constantly updated on how she was doing and explained things to me in a way that I understood even in my distressed state. Although she was clearly busy and clearly exhausted at the end of an overnight shift, she never wavered in her care of Nellie and I felt so much better knowing that she was there to care for her. She made a very stressful situation so much better. Thanks for the chance to share what wonderful treatment Dr. White and Dr. Cobin have given to Neliie. - Jessica W more

Inviting and Courteous!! 1/20/2010

I have been taking my dog to your hospital for the past 3 months. I have been amazed at the highest level of care my pet has received. I have been associated with Dr. Abbie Lebowitz. I can't say enough wonderful things about this doctor. She is most always available thru phone or email. --I would expect that all your drs. are the same. EVERYONE, from those who check you in to your appointment to the drs, to the receptionist at the front door have been nothing but totally courteous, inviting, and approacable. The facility itself is clean, easy to get around in and pet-owner friendly. Excellent facility!! Wonderful, caring people! Thanks, Linda T more

Very fine performance of your staff!! 1/12/2010

Absolutely SUPERB. I would give 10 stars on a scale of 1 to 5. My little Koya came in as an emergency case, was immediately attended to by caring people and got expert, kind, devoted attention while he was there for 3 days. The 3 teams - ER, day team and night team (Internal Med) were not only enormously helpful, but staffed by very knowledgeable people who gave thorough explanations with patient, emphathic & caring attitudes. Koya is practically back to normal now, thanks to the very fine performance of your staff. I am tremendously grateful for this. more
