Your The Best 3/22/2011

Our 11 year old cocker spaniel tore her ACL as a result of years of arthritis. The amount of attention and care from the entire staff at AMC was overwhelming. From x-rays to surgery to multiple follow-ups, not a detail was overlooked and not an ounce of compassion spared. We absolutely love the staff at AMC and thank them for their services and continued support of our furry family member. I highly recommend the staff and this facility to anyone with pet medical needs. Thank you! more

The Vets and staff gave me more time and attention and took time to explain diagnoses surrounding the inoperable brain tumor and subsequent death of my dog Red than I get from my own Doctors regarding my own struggles with HIV - I am extremely appreciative of the excellent care we received at AMC more

Always thorough, compassionate care for the dogs. A bit pricey, but one does "get what you pay for" in NYC vet care. Very impressive place. more

Excellent Service! 3/4/2011

Dr Havig & the AMC team provided outstanding care to my Cairn Terrier, Ruby Slippers. (Ruby had knee surgery & a liver biopsy). The team educated & prepared us, gave us clear instructions for her recovery/rehab, & kept our vet in the loop at all times. Through the entire process, Ruby was treated with gentle kindness & excellent professional care. more

In my most worrying and adjitated times where I needed help for my cat who had dental problems, I have found the Animal Hospital to be a place of comfort - a highly trustworthy institution where I could rely on fantastic doctors and nurses who helped my cat as if she was theirs. Astounded With The Continuing Attention Given 2/4/2011

When my cat was ill, I was astounded with the continuing attention of Dr. Kimberly Alexander. After examining the cat at AMC, she told me to keep her informed. We began e-mailing back and forth, often three times a day. She asked about the cat's behavior, modified his medicine and more for days until the cat was well. Her effort was impressive. more

My Experience Has Always Been Excellent 2/1/2011

My experiences over the years have generally been excellent. My current veterinarians, Dr. Quesenberry and Dr. Moore, are caring, responsive, and professional. I'm very grateful to them for their service. I have also found other members of the staff to be courteous and helpful. more

The people at AMC were fantastic 1/24/2011

We were seen immediately, and they performed the procedure to stitch him up that night. The doctor and assistants were forthcoming about the procedure, the costs and the post-procedure instructions. more

Saved our pets life 1/14/2011

Our cat got very ill in Sept. 2010.We took him to multiple animal hospitals as well as his vet who had taken care of him since he was 7 weeks old. He kept getting sicker and sicker. We brought him to the AMC where he saw Dr. Palma who saved his life. Dr. Plama kept in touch and answered our questions and all the staff we encountered there were wonderful with our cat and kind to us. We will always be greatful that we took our cat there and though it was a rough time,Dr. Palma stayed the course and saved his life. more

The Animal Medical Center Is Our Savior 1/12/2011

We woke up early Sunday morning to find our dog having trouble breathing, not eating, and with digestive problems. The AMC staff took wonderful care of her and got her right into the ICU and stabilized her, and conducted tests that diagnosed pneumonia. We are certain she would have died without the care she received at AMC. more
