I wish I had read these reviews before going into this place. The awful service began as soon as I sat down in the shampoo seat. The shampoo girl was extremely rough and rude, and chatted loudly with the girl next to her and didn't once say a word to me. Then when I sat in the stylist's chair (Alma), she was nowhere to be found, and was instead outside chatting on the phone for 10 minutes while I sat there and waited. When she finally came in, I tried to explain what I wanted, and specifically said 'Do not take off any length, I'm trying to grow out my hair."" I just wanted some long layers and angles in front. Clearly that didn't mean anything to her, and she proceeded to attack my hair with a razor to 'thin out the ends' because my hair was too thick. Since when is having thick hair a bad thing? I couldn't see what was happening, and at one point I said, ""you're not taking off length are you?"" and she assured me she wasn't. She was very rough and kept pushing my head from one side to the other and came close to poking my eyes several times. When I felt my hair at the end, it felt like I had none left because the ends were so thin. The haircut itself isn''t awful, but it's not what I wanted, and it's about 2 inches shorter. My hair feels so thin and fragile now, and my long thick locks are gone. $85 to $100 for a wash, cut and dry are not worth it for bad service and bad stylists. i could have paid the same somewhere else and been treated like a valued customer. \r
Well it is obvious that his place is NOT a proffessional hair salon and most of the reviews are incredibly negative. Don't make my miatake and avoid this place.\r
