I went to this salon several times. The first hair cut by Alma was wonderful. After that my experience was down hill. Once I asked for a few highlights between color appointments and got a full head anyway with dual process costing me almost $400. With each visit there was some extra charge that I was not aware of until I paid and I walked out feeling robbed. I brought it to their attention but they never found it necessary to let me know what processes they would be charging me for. The final straw was a full head highlight job that Alma thought was so amazing. I had to go somewhere else 2 days later to get it trimmed because it was fried. The new stylist recommended a toner and said it did not appear that they put a toner on my hair which is a major screw up. I do recall when the girl put the toner on my hair, Alma rushed her and it did not stay on long. Then she put on a conditioning treatment that she immediately washed out because Alma was rushing her. The girl rinsing my hair actually seemed afraid! My highlights were orange and yellow! This cost $375. just for the color not to mention the cost of getting it corrected. My experience initially was okay but I will never return. Putting up with an arrogant stylist is not my idea of good salon experience and not something I feel good about paying that much for. There are too many other great salons in this city and talented stylist that actually listen, focus on you and leave you feeling special, and not the other way around! When I left the salon the last time, she actually said ""you look great and it's all because of me""!
Pros: Girl at the reception desk very friendly and the salon decorated well.
Cons: Everything else.
