We purchased a car from Planet Dodge in Humble and the car itself is a good deal, but when I went to go have it checked out after purchase there was at least 2000$ worth of repairs needed including some suspension repairs. I went back to Planet Dodge and brought the quote and asked if they could at least give me a service coupon so I could get the repairs done for minimal in their shop but I literally got yelled at by the Pre-Owned Car sales manager on how it is a great deal for what it is and I quote "" ANY USED CAR YOU GET FROM ANY DEALERSHIP WILL HAVE PROBLEMS WITH IT, THAT IS WHAT YOU GET FOR BUYING A USED CAR."" So I went higher up to the assistant manager of the dealership and I got the same response, car was sold as is then got the quote again "" ANY USED CAR YOU GET FROM ANY DEALERSHIP WILL HAVE PROBLEMS WITH IT, THAT IS WHAT YOU GET FOR BUYING A USED CAR."" Went down to Planet Ford to see if they had the same attitude and they were baffled by the ignorance and had some poor things to say about their sister dealership. I contacted Randall Reed and I hope I hear something but because I haven't yet I rate this dealership 1 star for literally yelling at a customer and then saying every used car you get from their dealership and any other dealership that there are things wrong with it. Isn't that why we go to accredited dealers? Lesson learned.... more
