This company is impressive. It took me 2 months to make a choice for my patio furniture set, and the girl remembered me when I returned. I was still indecisive re colors of material, so she suggested I take the material book home to match up with my patio and house colors. AFter we had delivery, we decided to go with a bigger table, and to cancel one item we did not have room for. They gave me my money back without asking any questions, and then exchanged the table within 2 days. We are going back for a trampoline soon and a new umbrella. Very kind and helpful people, many choices, and immediate delivery. All good things when I shop. Pros: Best Service, Nice Selections Cons: Cannot find anything wrong with this company. more

we needed information as to how to take care of our teak we had bought somewhere else 3 years ago - one of the big stores where no one gives you any assistance. my wife called there and got detailed suggestions as to how to deal with the grayed out look. they are a wealth of information at this place. they recommended we buy a cover for the winter months so that our newly oiled patio furniture will look good next spring. when we came in to buy the cleaner and oil, we found an outdoor living room set which we bought at 1/2 the price of their competition. our house is complete and we thank the people who helped us so willingly, the delivery fellas who had to move things twice, this place does win hands down. Happened on this place thanks to driving by every week. Good find for good service and a wide selection of teak furniture, the girl working there stayed an hour after closing to help us find what we were in need of, and she set up delivery for 2 days after our visit. I will go back when I need to buy their nice outdoor-living room sets. Pros: Selection/Service/Speed of Delivery/close to 24 freeway and 680 Cons: parked down the street and got a ticket (I saw after they have free parking) more

When our neighbors came over for a BBQ this summer they immediately noticed our new patio setup that we bought at Terra Teak & Garden, and commented all afternoon how beautiful it was. They assumed we had paid a lot for it and that this type of outdoor furniture was above their budget. They were shocked, as were we, that there were teak prices this low after having looked for a set at 4 other places. My husband thought the delivery men were very accomodating - since we had to move things around several times before deciding on where to put it .The selection in this place is excellent, the sales staff and service at the store was professional right from the minute we walked in, they didn't make us feel like they were trying to sell us something, but were incredibly helpful in determining our needs before making suggestions. Terra Teak is a relaxed environment and even though we couldn't make our decision the first time in, they weren't being obnoxious, pushy sales people in any way although they were both attentive to our needs. Everything about our 2 visits was positive, we will go back and will always recommend it first to our friends. And, they delivered within 2 days of my purchase! We needed something like this in east bay. This, is a 5* place all the way.
