After pawning several items over several years at Ted's, I will never walk into their doorway again. The owner, Ted, is the most insufferable jerk I have encountered in years, belittling me on the phone when I called in with a question about an item I had on pawn. Why someone would be so rude, cruel and smarmy to a repeat customer is beyond me. I wish I had the conversation on tape so I could share it with the world. I'm glad there's other pawn shops in town when I have an emergency cash situation. I will never grace his business again as long as I live. Don't reward this jerk's bad behavior.
