Unfortunately I have to post a negative feedback against this company. I signed up over the phone for four lessons and everything seemed to progress smoothly. I was put into contact with an instructor, though farther away than I liked I was willing to do the four lessons and see how it went after that. \r \r After emailing the original instructor I was told they were to busy building a new studio and I was passed onto another instructor. I will refrain from using names but after all of a couple of emails I was completely left in the dark for over two weeks. I sent numerous emails asking to set up lesson times with no response.\r \r I think emailed back the person I bought the lessons from and simply wanted my money back since no product had ever been provided. I was then told they do not give refunds and I have to keep my lessons or well that is that. \r \r Why they think I would want lessons from the person who could not even email me back but much less, want anything at all to do with this more

I'm not sure what the guy below is talking about. Apparently, he's got a bone to pick. \r None-the-less, I do not. We've been faithful customers of Taylor Robinson Music since 2008. We've got a son taking guitar lessons (used to be taking drum lessons) and a daughter in voice and piano lessons. We couldn't be happier. Taylor is not the instructor, he's pretty much the coordinator. There are a bunch of instructors at the school to pick from. Honestly, we've tried one that wasn't really our style but he quickly got us matched with a replacement that worked out perfectly. more

All of the "positive" reviews are fake, written by Taylor himself because he cannot find a legit satisfied customer ANYWHERE nationwide.Notice how they are all written on the same day and pretty much repeat the same mantras so that they start to sound like the truth. He really believes people are stupid.\r \r Pretty much everything he says is a lie ESPECIALLY the claims her makes in his Craigslist posts. He is one of those sleazes who gives craigslist a bad reputation. He's every bit the dishonest sleaze as takelessons\r \r He makes ads with catchy, bold promises to attract calls and then pressures the caller to pay in advance for a teacher THAT HE DOESN'T EVEN HAVE and then shops around to find a cheap "instructor", who will accept a tiny cut of the pay and Taylor Robinson takes the rest.\r \r Hi-quality, experienced, skilled instructors know they should have NOTHING to do with scavenger online brokers like TR as well as takelessons, Elite Music Instruction and The Music Teachers Network. more

These guys are professional and really care about their students. Definitely, not the most conventional method of teaching, they mix in a lot of rock concepts but I loved it. more

Great concept! Taylor & Richard, the head guys, are very professional & good at what they do -- matching you up with a teacher that plays the style of music you're wanting to learn, and will hopefully mesh with your personality. Very impressed! I also did some checking around on the pricing, and they're actually a little cheaper than most. Definitely worth the money! more

The professional musicians come to you, work with your schedule and will provide as many lessons as you like. They have some terrific package deals and are great people to work with! Highly recommended! more

This company is very professional and friendly. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to learn an instrument at any age. Fair prices and they come to you for a one on one lesson. It's awesome!! more
