My violin instructor is incredible not only she sounds incredible. But takes the time and shows me the right ways of doing things points out what I'm doing wrong.And always knows how to make me feel good about myself no matter how bad it sounds LOL. I had my first voice lesson from Cristina. I’m 63 and have always enjoyed singing however in 30 minutes I heard a very different and improved voice after learning a few simple techniques! Cristina is clearly a professional and is a delight to work with! By the way I applaud Taylor Robinson for a robust process and web model. more

This company has gotten away with posting ads all over the country claiming to be "local professional teacher" when he's really just a salesman in Dallas selling the bait-and-switch. Shark Tank immediately wrote him off as absurd just like more customers. They write of serious students and teachers in favor of targeting "dabblers" of both teachers and students because they will usually pay a lot more money until they catch on that they are wasting their time. Instructors learn the hard way not to include TRML on their resume because they have such a poor reputation for about 8 years now. more

RIP OFF. This company will not stand by its product, which in my case was vocal coaching. After clearly stating my goals and hopes as a singer, wanting to better my singing ability to the next level, I constantly encountered instructors who simply wanted to talk or have me warm up my voice for the bulk of the session. VERY LITTLE singing actually happened. I tried different instructors and had the same result with almost every one of them. One in particular simply got up from the Skype session and kept walking off. He then advised I should look up Michael JaAnother was a talker and constantly interrupted. Yet another sat in her chair and wanted to "get to know me", after we had already talked on the phone. The entire one hour was spent talking. I tried to recover this and was told "she needs to be compensated for her time." Time for what? The first instructor was ok, except that she promised me connections in the industry and gave me ideas of where we would go with my vocal ability. AND asked me to join her Christian dinners on Friday nights. I believe that to be a blurring of the lines. She did not make good on her word and so we had a falling out. And I called TRM immediately and they refused to stand by their product and would not give a partial refund. I simply wanted out of the package. Instead they kept offering me instructors, who were pretty much a cookie cutter of each other. Until I had used up all 12 lessons with different instructors, with a person named Brett adding insult to injury at the end by sayng "We'll give you the last lesson as a refund at the discounted rate and we will no longer do business with you." more

These guys are a trip! I didn’t believe them when they told what the guitar lessons would be like. They don’t feel like lessons so much as they do a training course in learning how to be a star! No one else does their lessons like this, trust me. more

I always wanted my daughter to play an instrument, maybe because I never had the chance to learn myself. She's 6 and at first I was the one pushing her but after her first piano lesson with him she told me, "actually mommy I like my teacher." He uses positive reinforcement, keeps her motivated and keeps me informed with an update after each lesson, so I can see the progress she's making. Most importantly she likes it. more

After a couple of years fumbling around on the guitar with no formal training, I knew that I needed to find a good teacher. He has customized my lessons based on my knowledge of music and my musical tastes. We choose a song that I am interested in, and then He incorporates the technique and theory I need into that song. He has even helped me with my own songwriting. I've been taking lessons from He for nearly a year now, and I've become much more confident in my playing abilities. more

He is a fantastic music teacher. He has been a gift to both me and my 9 year old daughter, and taught me the theory I never was exposed to in elementary school music. I encourage everyone who considers getting music into their life to try lessons with him. more
