It's the helpful people- all book lovers who take the time to help you find books that you will enjoy. This is a truely customer friendly environment. Sometimes, I feel like I am back in college when I sit on one of the old overstuffed couches and look talk books with a friend or have a coffee and read. Go to a 'big store chain'? Nah! Tattered Cover is in a class by itself. more
