Tango's has very good food. It is lacking in too many other areas, though. It is lacking in some basic dishes like baked ziti which is requested often and surprisingly, the owner has no idea what it is. The ambience is really cozy and nicely done. The service is not good. We have to continually ask for things, sauce, refill our drinks, ketchup, sugar, the check, etc. They are also so stingy. You are given one sugar packet with coffee, very little ketchup for fries. The chicken nuggets on the kids' menu are overpriced and are not real chicken and they have no honey mustard. With soup you are given a very small roll, only one. I asked for another and was first told that I could buy a half dozen more. In the end, I was given a second roll. There is no parmesan on the table, it was put on my soup for me. The dessert pictured in their menu is not the same as the one they serve. I found it interesting that they'd not had the strawberry topping and offered strawberry syrup instead... and still offered to charge me for that extra roll?! Also, I don't understand why the waiter must have an cell earpiece on while working. The owner's phone ringing all kinds of clashing ringtones was also annoying. And, when we were there, the place was empty but tables were dirty. Our table had two placemats set aside which the waiter never bothered to set for us. It is a shame that this restaurant with great ambience and good food is not very customer oriented. We have been there several times and it is more disappointing each time. When I compare it to the other local Italian joints, Tango's misses the mark. I wonder if they've other been to another Italian restaurant in the area. Perhaps they should, they'd see how they could improve. more

This place has a great review and people seem to like it based on the likes it has. It's a shame that people will go out of their way to try to hurt am establishment because they don't have selfworth and truly think that the customer is always right. They are people also and they really don't have to deal with rude customers like pizzaguy and "Italian food lover" who is clearly the same person who posted within minutes of each other from the same mobile device and about the exact same complaint! Very funny. This pizza is absolutely worth trying and I support anyone who will stand up for themselves against customer like you. Thank you and good night :) more

Haha I think I was there on the tuesday when she threw your pizza away. She said you always complain and she has been making you new pizzas for a while and you continued to complain that it is burnt when clearly it was not. And when you offered to pay for your drinks she said it was on the house and asked you not to come back. Funny how people change stories because they are angry. Anyways. Great pizza guys. The 5.99 special on Tuesday's is a great deal and gives us an affordable pizza at least once a week. Should have more specials like that. I'll Definately be coming back. Thanks!! more

Had the worst experience ever. You would think with a name like Tangos Pizza they'd know how to make it. Burnt pizza and nasty attitudes is all I got. Even the owner is a an unprofessional business owner more

HORRIBLE PIZZA, TERRIBLE SERVICE, and INSULTING ATTITUTE. Owner slammed burnt pizza in the garbage after complaining about it and threw our money at us when we offered to pay for the drinks! Royal B*!!! Cook sucks and they sure dont know how to make an edible pizza! Never, EVER going back....don't waste your time, go to a real Italian restaurant! more
