tampa honda sucks 7/11/2016

first off I have always work on my own cars, never have I went to a dealer for this reason. so I came into Tampa Honda for a air bag recall they told me that it will be a month before my part comes in. they told me to call corporate to get a rental car, and corporate has approved my rental after two weeks of driving in a dangerous vehicle. and now all I get is a answering machine at Honda and I cannot pick up a rental car because one person isn't there. I don't get this. I can definitely say after the issues I have had over the past couple of weeks I will never go back to Tampa Honda. or ever buy another Honda again. more

Bad Service 6/27/2015

Fixed one thing than broke tube rubbing on the thing they fixed. Nothing said, got a bill and out the door. Went back, it's my fault even though they worked on the part. They should have at least said something. more

No Service 11/19/2014

I called Tampa Honda Land to make an inquiry into and potential appointment for service reference the recent airbag recall. I was shocked to get an answering machine versus a person or a "we'll be with you shortly". I left a message and return phone number as requested, along with the reason for my call. It has been over a week and I have yet to hear from Tampa Honda Land. I ended up going to Wesley Chapel Honda where the service was outstanding. I recommend Wesley Chapel Honda over Tampa Honda Land service any day. Five Stars to Wesley Chapel Honda Service. I'd leave the rating for Tampa Honda Land at zero stars if the system would let me. more

Great Dealership! Under New Ownership! 11/7/2014

I recently moved to the Tampa area and visited Tampa Honda to service my vehicle. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived to the dealership. Every employee has a smile on their face and was beyond helpful. The dealership is very clean and comfortable. I was able to work in their waiting lounge for my car. I will def be returning to this dealership in the future. Keep up the good work! more

Worst place to buy a vehicle 5/11/2010

i agree it was the worst experience ever buying a car there. they over over pressure you and once you leave with your new car you become a no one to them. Need advice or have questions they are not willing to help. they do express however that they serve donughts and filtered water.
