I rarely go to the trouble of writing a positive review for a service since I believe that good service is what I pay for. However, in the case of TV repairman BILL MOON I feel obliged to recognize his service above and beyond what even I expect.
Our Samsung HD TV went out on Sunday afternoon just after lunch. I did an online search for someone nearby to service the TV and found Mr. Moon in the same zip code as mine. I called the number given, 408-865-1505, expecting to leave a message for call-back on Monday but instead Mr. Moon answered himself. I told him about the problem and he said he knew exactly what was wrong. I asked for a quote and an appointment and he responded with a reasonable quote and said he would be there in less than an hour.
True to his word, Mr. Moon showed up on time and within 30 minutes he had the TV up and running again. I was very impressed by his professionalism and I recommend him to my neighbors without reservation.
