I purchased a Toyota Highlander back in 2004 and returned of course to learn about my new and greatly improved Toyota choices. I'm now the happy owner of a 2016 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid!

Sunday Emergency 4/7/2014

I had a problem with my car & called Service at 5:50pm on a Saturday. They immediately scheduled me for Sunday. My car was ready by 2:00pm. Wonderful!! more

Since my steering shaft was going to be replaced as well as having a 5,000 mile service, I was given a loaner car. First time for me with a loaner and it worked out really well, thank you! more

Tires 3/6/2014

My tire pressure light was on and the car was veering to the right. I stopped at the service dept w/o any appointment and was done in 30 mins free. They corrected the alignment. Great service. more

Friendly accommodating service 3/6/2014

Gary at Magic was very accommodating when I had my Rav towed in after a large rodent took up residence in my engine and damaged the wiring. He called me with an estimate in a timely manner, advised me about possible insurance reimbursement so I could check out that option and provided a loaner vehicle for the entire time it took to complete the repair. He was very good at giving me updates so I could follow up with insurance and make sure I could pick up my car easily since I live 60 miles from Magic. They are worth the distance to me to have my repairs done. more

The check in was easy and friendly. The matter was fixed quickly, the only reason I marked it a 4 instead of 5 is the recall problem the was fixed wasn't really explained to me, Other wise all was well! more

I felt completely comfortable with Tommy! I had just come from another dealership down the street and Tommy along with the manager and finance team went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. This has been the best car shopping experience I've ever had. Thank you for the stress free environment. more
