I purchased a Toyota Highlander back in 2004 and returned of course to learn about my new and greatly improved Toyota choices. I'm now the happy owner of a 2016 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid!

Great service experience. Gentleman in service 'Kyang Le' (foregive my spelling) was extremely prompt and attentive from the moment I arrived. This really set the tone for the experience. Great service separates a product from being a commodity to being value-added, and worth the price. Thanks! more

Trust service dept staff, especially Gary Moore. It's nice to be recognized when I enter to have my car serviced even though I only come in a couple times each year. It's nice to know the work done on my car is what is needed and not what the shop needs to do to make a profit. more

The people in the sales dept. (Shane) and Service dept. (Reshell) 4/8/2014

The "recall" was as I expected (almost) the recall notice from Toyota said that with an appointment (that I did have) would take about 40 minutes, in reality, it was about 2 hours. more
