Gary at Magic was very accommodating when I had my Rav towed in after a large rodent took up residence in my engine and damaged the wiring. He called me with an estimate in a timely manner, advised me about possible insurance reimbursement so I could check out that option and provided a loaner vehicle for the entire time it took to complete the repair. He was very good at giving me updates so I could follow up with insurance and make sure I could pick up my car easily since I live 60 miles from Magic. They are worth the distance to me to have my repairs done.
