Polite, respectful, and prompt 1/16/2013

Surf City Pest Control was prompt. The service guys were very polite and respectful. They did a thorough examination of the perimeter of our attic. They set up traps and made a suggestion for weather stripping the garage door, which they did for an extra $115. They were great over the holidays. I actually caught the rat in one of my own traps, which was why I didn't give them five stars. The rat was eating my soap, so I used that as bait and caught him. The guys that came out were very nice. more

The guy that Surf City Pest Control sent out was great. I couldn't ask for a better man to come out and do the work. From the office phone calls to the work at the house to the followup, it was just great. more

I was pleased with the fumigation, but less than pleased with their wood repair. 11/16/2012

Surf City Pest Control did wood repair and fumigation for me. The fumigation part was excellent but the wood repair I had a lot of problems with. I thought the fumigation team was good. They explained everything and they were helpful on the day of the work. I appreciated the fact that I didn't have any problems with the gas company. The way it was done was excellent overall. I think there may have been some miscommunication with the wood repair lead person. It was my understanding that virtually all of my wood would be replaced, including siding. It was not all replaced. The overall estimate for the wood repair was excessively high, and what I thought was going to be replaced was not. Also, I had contracted for a gate to be part of it, and I felt that some of the hardware was not up to the standards that I had anticipated. more

Surf City did rodent control and fumigation for me. They were competitively priced. The individuals that I dealt with were all, as far as I could tell, knowledgeable. They were willing to work with me to make sure I was fully satisfied. more

Satisfactory experience. 9/13/2012

I found Surf City Pest Control on Angie's list. They did a thorough termite inspection and told us we needed tenting and fumigation. They were really good with scheduling, got people to bag up all of our stuff, and arrived pretty much on time. There were no issues, they came, tented our house, locked it up, and we were able to get back into the house when they said we could. Everything went really smoothly, I just don't usually give 5 stars. more

Incredible customer service. Incredible availability and follow up. 7/9/2012

We made an appointment, and they came out as soon as possible and did a thorough inspection. They were able to treat the problem very effectively for a very food price. They also did an incredible job following up to make sure we had no more problems and applying follow-up treatments. It was a challenge trying to find the problem, and they went out of their way to find solutions. They helped us take care of our problem on multiple occasions, following up at no extra charge to treat our issues. They were fabulous. more

We were having a termite problem and Fernando from Surf City Pest Control came and inspected the whole house to see how to best approach a solution. He is a very pleasant person and I'm very impressed with that he did. They are very prompt and congenial and they get the job done. I'm very pleased with them all the way around. I would recommend Surf City Pest Control in a heartbeat. more

The nice young technician from Surf City Pest Control came and did a great job. He was friendly and knowledgeable. We had a mouse problem in the attic of our building. Since they completed their work we have not seen any more mice. They came on time, were professional, and helpful on the phone. Everything was perfect. more

Surf City was efficient and best priced in the market 5/30/2012

My applause to Surf City. They were able to beat the "big boys" prices for exactly the same service by over 30. The were on time or early on all occasions. Always answered the phone. Worked efficient and got the job done. Thanks! more

He is always very careful and thorough when he works, and he does a great job because he cares. I wouldn't use anyone else. more
