Surf City Pest Control did wood repair and fumigation for me. The fumigation part was excellent but the wood repair I had a lot of problems with. I thought the fumigation team was good. They explained everything and they were helpful on the day of the work. I appreciated the fact that I didn't have any problems with the gas company. The way it was done was excellent overall.
I think there may have been some miscommunication with the wood repair lead person. It was my understanding that virtually all of my wood would be replaced, including siding. It was not all replaced. The overall estimate for the wood repair was excessively high, and what I thought was going to be replaced was not. Also, I had contracted for a gate to be part of it, and I felt that some of the hardware was not up to the standards that I had anticipated.
