One bad Focus for another and then finally a used Mazda works out. I have to hand it to Riverside... They never give up on finding a way to satisfy the customer's needs. Riverside Ford will bend over backwards to make it right! However, the Ford manufacturing company needs to get their act together. After buying a 2012 Focus and replacing it with a 2013, both cars had an inherent problem with the transmission that they "the Ford Corp", explained away as something that works itself out after 1000 miles. It didn't work itself out and I took it back to trade for a Mazda. Needless to say after 1000 miles I lost substantial value in the car. How convenient for Ford eh.
