I bought my car from Riverside Ford and all of my maintenance work has been done at that same dealership/garage. The service department is nice to work with, they get my car done in a reasonable time frame and I feel confident when I drive away that my work has been done correctly. The only downside is it is rarely washed or vacuumed and other dealerships provide that with every service. It was a verbal commitment given to me by the service manager when I bought the car. more

I feel welcome when I come in for service. Typically the work is done within the time frame given. I also feel that the service writer & mechanics are honest in assessing my vehicles needs. I truly appreciate the shuttle service. more

Quick friendly service 7/24/2013
