I went in looking at one specific car in mind, and he helped me walk out with it, for a price I was very pleased with! I'm confident in my purchase, and thank the whole staff for making it a much more pleasant experience than I have ever had buying a car! more

Clear, concise information about repairs 9/21/2013

I am responsible for arranging service for both of our 2006 Ford vehicles. I am not an automotive expert, but find making the decision of what to have done when made easy by a clear, concise explanation regarding what a repair will do, is it necessary, what are the potential problems if it is not done. more

I dealt with Dave again as the representative that booked me in when I arrived for a basic service. He always tries to scare me into spending a lot of money for something that has not been a problem. When my husband is with me he is not so pushy. more

Great First Impression 9/5/2013

I recently relocated to the Auburn, Washington area from Ohio. I have always taken my Ford F-150 FX4 Supercrew cab to a Ford dealer. After inquiring with several individuals regarding the best dealership in the area I landed on Riverside. I must say that I am glad Riverside was my choice. From the initial call with Matt, the service couldn't have been better. They diagnosed the problem, gave me multiple economical options on how to fix the issue and completed the work flawlessly as well as promptly. I would highly recommend Riverside and have decided to make this my permanent Ford dealership. more

Riverside hospitality 9/5/2013

My wife and I were both impressed with the fact we didn't feel we were in a shark tank. The staff was great to work with and we got the car we wanted for the price we wanted it at. Riverside ford is highly recommended. Nice job Sam. more

Good work, dissapointed by the loaner situation 9/5/2013

My truck was recently in the shop for some work covered under warranty for almost 2 weeks. The work was done well and I have no complaints about that. However I was disappointed when I learned of how long I would be without my vehicle and was told that they had no loaners available. They offered to get me a rental at "their rate" of $30 a day which is a pretty bad rate on a rental anyway. I've had work done at a competing Ford dealer a few miles away and had no problem getting a loaner vehicle. Based on this I'll strongly consider using the competing dealer next time since it would make life a whole lot easier for me if I have a vehicle to drive while mine is in the shop. more

great group of professionals. Troy Braxton our sales person was great to work with. He helped us through the process from beginning to end answering all questions and concerns we had. This is the 5th vehicle we have purchased from Riverside Ford and we plan to keep coming back because of the great service and caring personnel. more
