Don't Expect Customer Satisfaction Here 9/23/2005

I preferred this bank before it was bought by SunTrust and was still Huntington National Bank. Although I have been with this bank for five years and have my weekly paycheck direct deposited into my account, I feel like SunTrust treats me like a nobody. Neither the inside nor drive-through tellers ever knows who I am. Banks don't seem to want to treat their customers like special people anymore. I'm thinking about moving my account to Wachovia. more

Was Once an Excellent Service-Oriented Bank 9/17/2005

When I first opened an account with SunTrust, it was long before they were called SunTrust. What was once an excellent service-oriented bank has become less and less so with each merger and/or name change. The services they once offered have decreased until I felt it was no longer worth having an account with SunTrust so I moved to Bank of America, which is just a few blocks south of SunTrust. more
