When I first opened an account with SunTrust, it was long before they were called SunTrust. What was once an excellent service-oriented bank has become less and less so with each merger and/or name change. The services they once offered have decreased until I felt it was no longer worth having an account with SunTrust so I moved to Bank of America, which is just a few blocks south of SunTrust.
